PlayOffSide.com Subscription Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the PlayOffSide.com Subscription Program! By subscribing to one of our membership plans, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions, which govern your access and use of the benefits included in the subscription.

1. Subscription Plans

We offer three subscription options:

  • 3-Month Plan: 29/month, billed every 3 months.
  • 6-Month Plan: 25/month, billed every 6 months.
  • 12-Month Plan: 7/month, billed annually.

By subscribing to a plan, you authorize PlayOffSide.com to charge the applicable fees to your selected payment method.

2. Benefits of Subscription

As a subscriber, you receive the following benefits:

  • 15% Discount with Personalized Code: Subscribers will receive a unique discount code for 15% off purchases, valid throughout the subscription period. Codes are non-transferable and cannot be shared.
  • Points Collection: Earn points on purchases, which can be redeemed for future discounts. Points have no cash value and are subject to redemption rules as outlined in the Rewards Program.
  • Exclusive Offers: Gain access to subscriber-only deals and promotions.
  • First Access to Special Offers: Enjoy early access to special and limited-edition product releases.
  • Annual Raffle Entry: Automatically enter a yearly raffle to win 1,700 points credit. Winners will be notified via email or account notification.
3. Payment Terms
  • All subscription fees are charged upfront for the respective billing cycle (3 months, 6 months, or 12 months).
  • Payments are non-refundable, except as required by applicable law.
  • Subscription renewals are automatic unless canceled at least 7 days before the renewal date. By not canceling, you agree to continue the subscription for the next cycle at the stated price.
4. Points Program
  • Points accrued through purchases are credited to your account after the transaction is completed.
  • Points can only be redeemed on eligible products and cannot be combined with other discounts or offers unless explicitly stated.
  • Expired subscriptions result in forfeiture of any unused points.
  • PlayOffSide.com reserves the right to modify the points program at any time.
5. Discount Code Use
  • Discount codes provided to subscribers are exclusive to the account holder and cannot be used by other individuals.
  • Codes cannot be combined with other promotions, except where specified.
  • Misuse of the discount code may result in suspension or termination of the subscription without refund.
6. Cancellation Policy
  • Subscribers can cancel their subscription at any time through their account dashboard.
  • Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will retain access to all benefits until that time.
  • No prorated refunds are issued for partial periods.
7. Limitation of Liability

PlayOffSide.com is not liable for any losses or damages arising from your subscription or the benefits offered. In case of disputes, our liability is limited to the value of your most recent subscription payment.

8. Modification of Terms

PlayOffSide.com reserves the right to update or change these Terms & Conditions, subscription pricing, or benefits at any time. Subscribers will be notified of significant changes at least 30 days in advance.
