Black Friday 2026 falls on Friday, November 27, and Cyber Monday on Monday, November 30. Discounts no longer wait for those two days: forecasts show prices easing from early November. Black Friday is always the day after US Thanksgiving, which is the fourth Thursday of November. In 2026 that gives the following calendar.

How big are Black Friday discounts expected to be in 2026?

According to the Adobe 2026 holiday shopping forecast, average online discounts in the US are expected to build through the month: about 14% in early November, 21% just before Thanksgiving and up to 30% during Cyber Week. Adobe expects the best deals on toys and furniture to land on Black Friday itself, and the best deals on electronics on Cyber Monday.

The same forecast puts Black Friday online spending at $12.9 billion, up 9.2% on 2025, and Cyber Monday above $15 billion. These are US figures, but European retailers follow the same calendar.

What should you order before Black Friday?

Order anything made to order before Black Friday if you need it for Christmas. A piece with a four-week lead time ordered on November 27 arrives around December 24 at best, with no margin for delays.

• Large figurines and sculptures. Made-on-demand pieces, such as the 60 cm Mickey figurine, take about 3 to 4 weeks.
