Where do I find my tracking number?
As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, we send you a dispatch email with your tracking number and a link to follow it. That email is also the fastest place to find it again — search your inbox for "Playoffside" and the word "shipped."
Common questions
My order hasn't shipped yet — when will I get a tracking number?
While your order is being prepared, it hasn't been handed to a courier yet, so there's no tracking number to share. Dispatch times vary by item — made-to-order and oversized pieces take longer than items we hold in stock. If your estimated dispatch window has passed with no update, contact us and we'll look into it.
My order shipped, but tracking hasn't updated
It can take 24–48 hours for the first scan to appear after your order leaves our warehouse, especially during busy periods. This is completely normal. If two full working days pass with no movement at all, reach out and we'll chase it up with the courier.
It's been several days and nothing's moved — is my order lost?
If tracking hasn't moved in 5 working days — or a little longer for remote destinations or customs-heavy routes — contact us with your order number and we'll open an investigation with the courier.
Tracking shows delivered, but I don't have my order
First, check around your property — porches, side gates, communal areas — and look for a courier notification about a safe place or a neighbour. Still nothing? Contact us within 7 days of the delivery date and we'll raise it with the courier directly.
My large or bulky item hasn't arrived and I have no tracking number
That's expected for freight deliveries. Pool tables, foosball tables, garden furniture and other large or heavy pieces travel with Dachser, our freight partner, and aren't set up for the tracker above — you'll get an estimated delivery window by email, and often a call from your local depot to arrange delivery. Contact us with your order number and we'll get a status update directly from Dachser.
